It was a cold, dark winter morning. I was rushing off to work at 6 a.m. heading down a dark, winding country road. I reached down to grab a smoothie my husband had made me since I had no time for breakfast, when suddenly my car jerked quickly to the left and just like that right back to the right again. My eyes were down looking for my smoothie in the console of my car but when the car jerked I quickly looked up, only to see a man just off to my right, standing in the road in front of a mailbox grabbing either a newspaper or mail, it is hard to know. I knew in that very instant, my guardian angel and perhaps his as well, took matters upon themselves and swerved my car out of the way and then right back on the road again. I knew in that very instant I did not do this, I also knew it was my Guardian Angel. I was in awe of the Good Lord and his messengers he sends us. All I could do was praise God and thank him and of course my Guardian Angel. I was listening to my favorite Christian radio station at the time which was praying the Rosary. Some things happen and you have no idea how or why, I knew, I just knew there was no other explanation. Praise you Lord and thank you my Guardian Angel. What a way to start the new year!
